How do you price your services
Every project is priced differently.
We typically start with a walkthrough of your space and present you a design that includes 2D and 3D rendering, and precise measurements.
After we move from approvals of design, we estimate the cost ranging for the project from materials, preparation, and labor.
How long will the whole process take from start to finish?
Some projects take 3 months, other projects take 6 months or more.
Depending on your space, required permits for building, and size of the project will depend on how long the project can take.
With our designs, we create a foundational plan that will allow us to estimate the timelines of the completion of your outdoor space.
How can I be sure it will turn out like the design you show me?
Our designs are built for precision, and depending on the foundation of your home, we will always put our best effort to make it exact to the design of what’s originally designed.
Depending on your scope and budget, we will always give you our honest answers if budget starts to creep or any change orders are required.
